Quote from dekojester :We have changed, after receiving some complaints, and doing some more testing and analysis, the restrictions to as they are above.

The GT1 FZR now must also carry 2% intake restriction.

The GT2 FZR now must carry 21% intake restriction.

The GT2 XRR now must carry 24% intake restriction.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause any drivers, but this has been done to attempt to make the field more even in each class.

2% + 20 kg correct?

Quote from DoC_uk :Why so much attention for something that been dead for a while ?
After flicking thru the thread I have found the answer ...

People miss making their E-penis's ( stats ) available for all to see

And you wonder why people flame you and your team.

Quote from Rocket47 :Argh.. Alrite, thats ok. But could you consider that, what someone said, about that coming on server time, like not having to come 20min before, that 5min enough. So the qualifying could start at 19.45? And the race end 15min earlier? That wouldn't make a change for people who cant do earlier..

I agree with this.

As former champion, I demand we remove AS1r from the calendar and keep FE3r.

Thank you.

Yay, maybe the balancing will be good for the events now that they have a good driver to test it !

Quote from Scott Mckenzie :Yep. Tyre conservation is the name of the game.

If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to bring them up. What's your thought's on a safety car? In my opinion I don't think LFS simulates this very well but if the majority would like to see this we can maybe implement it.

I would like to see a SC on standby, but you have to be specific in the rules about when a SC will be thrown. If one persons spins, thats not a SC. If there is a big pile up, or someone flips or is stuck in the gravel, then thats a SC.

Quote from Scott Mckenzie :Updated. Sign up has been a little slow, but maybe it will pick up.

What's your thoughts on the mandatory R2 compound rule, maybe I should revise this idea and enable R3's to be used? It takes away the element of stratergy, but it may encourage more drivers to sign up.

I like the rule to be honest.

Quote from arnold cottenier :Wouldn't EST make it 2:40pm? Or maybe I have my calculations wrong.

The times he posted are in GMT, GMT never moves, so when we moved our clocks forward we moved to only -4 of GMT. You have to watch close to see if people write in BST or GMT though.

Quote from arnold cottenier :What time zone are you in here in the USA Nhb93? If I'm calculating this correctly 19:40 GMT would be 1:40 pm cst (I think).

If you use Firefox you should get the FoxClocks addon. It really helps see what time it is anywhere.

Cya at the track.

Also, if he is in EST time zone, then it is at 3:30 PM EST.

Quote from N I K I :what are you all whining about, XRR won MoE 2007/2008 (when also everyone thought FZR is much faster, and in fact real stats showed that XRR even had better pace in like 24h race, not just westhill), and it's same situation here. It just takes awesome drivers to win with it
XRR will have much quicker pit stop here and has better pace at start too, and it's not even driven by uber drivers as far as i've seen, so qualy times aren't all
and i bet nolan did this time on end of a stint
I sow duck doing mid 29's with new tires in XRR!

FZR should definately have 27% restriction, and the XRR do have some quick drivers in them. Nolan and I were testing the XRR before and didn't get anywhere near a 29, then as soon as we try FZR, easy 29s...
